Erick Dejesus came out last minute to check my AC unit as a second opinion. One thing for sure, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things to the point I could actually understand and wasn’t trying to push dollar signs on me like the previous company that came out. He made recommendations which didn’t have me stressing like I was already. Definitely a 10 out of 10 employee and will call again for services all because of this one worker. Professional AC Assessment and Repair
Michael K. was professional in his assessment and solution to a problem with our AC. He offered options for resolution and made the repairs in a timely fashion, getting our AC back online ASAP. In addition, he explained some updates around their Comfort Plus program that had changed since we initially signed up and it now offers higher discounts and a cheaper annual fee. Prices could use a look for refresh vs. the newer corporate rate/feel you have now, but no complaints with the tech.
