The communicator on my air conditioning was not working properly and the inside and outside units were not in sync or talking to each other, so he worked inside and then would run outside, then back inside, then back outside… He worked for about three hours until he found the solution and got my house to cool again.
I appreciate his perseverance, his work ethic, and he was just a very nice young man.
