Michael K. was professional in his assessment and solution to a problem with our AC. He offered options for resolution and made the repairs in a timely fashion, getting our AC back online ASAP. In addition, he explained some updates around their Comfort Plus program that had changed since we initially signed up and it now offers higher discounts and a cheaper annual fee. Prices could use a look for refresh vs. the newer corporate rate/feel you have now, but no complaints with the tech.
