This company is great. We had some work done on our house, and when going to bed we noticed the AC was no longer working. Thinking we would just leave a message for the morning person, we called. Within 2 rings and 5 minutes we were set up with an appointment for the next morning. Morning time rolls around and Ray is there in a reasonable time. I explained my issue, and he fixed it in 10 minutes! It was a reasonable price. Thanks for being a Ray of Sunshine on a hot Monday morning.

Our overall opinion of USHAC has been affected by numerous service calls and issues with the system which we had installed. Purely rating Max, this is a 5-star review. I am impressed with his dedication
Andrew Costa from US Heating and Air-conditioning, Inc. arrived at my home promptly and began to work on my AC unit in the attic that caused a leak in my laundry room ceiling. He realized that the electric connections to the two water switches were crossed and therefore no alarm triggered that caused the water leak. It took him an hour to drain 20 gallons of water from the two AC trays and then there was still a blockage that took even more time and emptied his air cylinder! He finally figured it out. His work was clean. He explained what was going on throughout the process. I am impressed with his dedication on getting the job done right even though it took longer than anticipated. I have signed up with this company to do my twice yearly maintenance on my AC unit. I think that you will be happy with their service and attitude.

Ray was very professional and informative. He explained that I should stop using a monthly vinegar and hot water application in the drain line, to prevent fumes from remaining in the line which can back up into the inside unit and gradually cause corrosion in it. I should only use hot water monthly to help keep the drain line clear. He stated that the capacitor showed some rust and might need to be replaced in the future. I have used USHAC for semi-annual maintenance checks of my equipment for many years, and highly recommend their service.
