Great service. They were able to get our AC unit back up and running. However, the unit is very, very old. They showed me everything on it and were very descriptive. Great service. They were understanding with our situation. They were able to get me a quote on a new premium unit, and I did some research that night and confirmed their pricing was on point, so I approved it. And next day—yup, next day—they installed the new unit, and it is AMAZING!!!! They put special little slippers on to make sure they didn't track my house. They cleaned up after themselves, and all the work is clean. I added pictures of before and after. I've dealt with multiple AC companies, and this has been the most thorough and respectful company I've worked with. The technicians for the install were William and Daniel, and I was blown away by their knowledge and attention to detail!

Willy and David were great! Really down-to-earth guys that knew what they were doing. Explained everything in detail, and David even checked if our unit was under warranty (to our pleasure, it was still under warranty... who knew?!). We needed a new motor, and they showed us our options. They did an awesome job that we joined their loyal customer program (which knocked 20% off the invoice). They treated my parents and their home with such respect, even taking off their shoes so as not to dirty the floors. Would recommend them! A+

Called this morning to have my AC looked at because it wasn’t cooling. Made a same-day appointment, and Dylan arrived right on time. He was obviously knowledgeable since it took about 5 minutes to find out what the problem was. He did a check on the rest of the system with no issues. Got us back up and running, no thanks to a lizard that shorted the capacitor. Great job!!! So impressed I decided to purchase the maintenance program.

Elliot, the sales rep, was able to get the price down to a number I could afford and was very helpful. RJ did a good job explaining the ins and outs of the new system installation and what to expect. After having two other companies come by and try to charge me an outrageous price to repair my AC unit, Eric came to save the day. Third time is a charm; this proved to be true in my case. Eric was able to diagnose my problem and get me an option that was fair and affordable. It took him some time to get the unit back up and running again, but he did it. I highly recommend Pro-Tech if you are looking for honest, reliable workmanship.
