It's 12:31 a.m. on Monday and we're cool again and happy! We had an issue with our A/C unit on a Sunday night (why can't it be at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday?). After calling several other companies, Dylan from Pro-Tech came out and helped us out!!! We have little kids and it was important for us to get it back up and running ASAP. We appreciate the service and priority this company provided and Dylan was very friendly, professional, and solved our issue. Highly recommend!

Mr. Colon arrived at the designated time and introduced himself. Very friendly and personable. I showed him our issue with our kitchen sink faucet. As he assessed, he realized that he didn’t have the part required to complete the job but knew where to get the part. He then left and was back a short time later with the part and then repaired the faucet. I’m going on about this because someone else would have rescheduled and come back another time. AC Wasn't Cooling Well
AC wasn't cooling well. Called at noon, had someone out by 2:30 p.m. the same day. Cleaned the drain, did a complete diagnostic, and problem fixed. Cost was 00 due to extended warranty. Would definitely recommend.
