Jeremy has extensive experience in the HVAC industry including 3 years in HVAC distribution, 2 years working with indoor air quality products, 3 years of residential HVAC and 3 years in building materials.

Amazing Team

Amazing team, both technicians coordinated together for a smooth install and whenever an idea about any modification required in order for the air handler unit to fit perfectly inside the drywall due to the construction year built on my home made me feel confident that they knew what needed to be done. Setting up drapes on the tile floor for minimal damage and cleaning shows how well trained they are. They were very patient in explaining many of my questions and even when I was working from home there was minimal distractions. The time frame from the moment they arrived and completed would consider a perfect one full day service for me & my wife. They focused extremely hard with the work without the distractions of using cell phones or tablets for social media like you might see with other companies tech's while on job sites, and I think these two young technicians have potential for growth within Pro-Tech. Jeremy Johnson who is the comfort specialist did the financial explanation options for us from the type of unit and financial options that fit perfectly in our pockets with an interesting background review of the history of Pro-Tech which I hear all the time announced on News Radio WDBO. I think I was more amazed of the companies truck logo and painting schemes which is definitely an eye-catcher especially when some of the neighbors were slowing down going past my home for a glimpse. I want one for my car too :-). From two extremely super satisfied customers will recommend ProTech to anyone looking for the best service that includes warranty, maintenance & 24hrs service that you can't compare with someone who will do a $3,000 job and not available when you need them. From a Pro-Tech customer for life.

M. Louza, Mike, Chris and Jeremy were awesome! I had to replace my A/C and Thermostat and the crew was on time, professional, wore masks, shoe coverings and distanced themselves while interacting with me. Although their were a few snafu's, the crew worked diligently to get the A/C installed, duct work complete, new Thermostats installed and ensured the system was up and running within 3 days.

Hector, Mandilyn and Heather at the office worked with me on scheduling the install, reviewing the estimate, answering questions I had about the install and made sure I was satisfied before we finalized the contract.
I have only been a Pro-Tech customer for a little under a year but I can say that they have treated this Disabled Army Combat Veteran with honorably and I appreciate it.

The technicians are very knowledgeable, respectful and take all the necessary precautions to keep the customer safe, review everything with you before, during and after the service, and clean up their work area before they leave.

My husband and I inherited the original A/C system with the house we just bought, so rather than risk any problems this summer we had Marvin from Pro-Tech come in and talk to us about what repairs might need to be made.
