This company was amazing from start to finish. Jeremy came out first to go over everything with us and give us an estimate on installation of a brand new system and air handler. He was up front about everything and the process. Made us feel extremely confident in the service they would provide. After that visit we took an extra day to decide. In the meantime, Jeremy & Mandilyn checked back with us to answer any questions we had. When we decided to go with them, the appointment was scheduled immediately for installation. We called Friday and we were on the schedule for Monday! Amazing! They informed us when the tech would be at our home on Monday.
Fast forward, it is Monday, Albert & William showed up on time. They were both so awesome. They were friendly and respectful. Knowledgeable and informative. Letting us know how it would go, and what to expect throughout the day. I couldn't have hand picked two better people myself. I am so thankful that we chose to go with Pro Tech. I feel comfortable knowing we were in good hands through this entire process. 5 stars isn't enough, I would give them 100 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went with the Trane Air conditioner. Our entire unit and air handler were replaced, as well as the thermostat.
